DELIVERY:
All postage in the US is free of charge. We usually dispatch on the same day of your purchase and delivery from there takes 2-5 days. We ship from Texas using various carriers to ensure the best delivery for your location.
We recommend not shipping to a PO box as parcels can often be rejected.

RETURNS:
This returns policy is separate to the money-back-guarantee policy.
We do not accept returns for items that arrived in good condition. This is because we are unable to resell items that have been returned to us, regardless of their condition. Therefore, please ensure that you have asked any questions that you have before purchasing and are confident you wish to use our products.
If your item is defective, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or a refund. Defective items must be declared within 14 days of purchase.
